Our Core AI Principles
Six commitments that govern how we develop, deploy, and teach AI across all TechTelligence platforms.
Human-Centred AI
All AI systems developed or deployed through TechTelligence are designed to augment human capability — not replace human judgement. People remain in control.
Transparency & Explainability
We require that AI systems interacting with learners, educators, or clients are explainable. Stakeholders have the right to understand how AI decisions are made.
Fairness & Non-Discrimination
Our AI programs and tools are assessed for bias. We actively work to ensure equitable outcomes across gender, language, nationality, and socioeconomic background.
Privacy & Data Protection
All data collected through our platforms is handled in accordance with UAE data protection regulations. We do not sell learner data. Consent is required for all data collection.
AI Literacy & Empowerment
We believe every learner deserves to understand AI. Our core mission is to build AI literacy as a foundational skill — not a privilege.
Responsible Deployment
AI tools integrated into educational settings undergo rigorous review. We maintain an internal AI Ethics Review process for all client-facing deployments.
Scope of This Policy
This AI Policy applies to all products, services, programs, and platforms operated by TechTelligence Technologies LLC, including its subsidiary brands: TechTelligence STEM & Robotics, TechTelligence Academy, AIVerify, and EduAIVerify. It applies to all staff, contractors, partners, and third-party integrations.
Use of Generative AI in Programs
TechTelligence uses generative AI tools in the development of educational content, training materials, and consulting deliverables. When AI-generated content is used, it is reviewed by subject matter experts before delivery. We disclose the use of AI in our materials where relevant and practical.
AI in Educational Settings
When deploying AI tools in K-12 or higher education environments, TechTelligence follows a child-safety-first protocol. All AI interactions in school settings require institutional approval and parental consent where applicable. AI tools used with minors are subject to enhanced privacy protections.
Data Governance
Learner data collected via our platforms is used solely for improving learning outcomes. We comply with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). Data retention periods are limited. International data transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards.
AI Procurement Standards
When recommending or integrating third-party AI solutions for clients, TechTelligence applies a vendor assessment framework that evaluates transparency, bias mitigation, data handling, and alignment with UAE AI regulations and the UAE National AI Strategy 2031.
Reporting & Accountability
TechTelligence maintains an internal AI Ethics Committee responsible for reviewing policy compliance, evaluating incidents, and updating this policy. Any stakeholder — client, partner, learner, or employee — may raise AI ethics concerns through our designated reporting channel at ethics@techtelligence.ae.
